Our buy-back partners

We work in partnership with several buy-back players to make sure unused bikes do not end up in the cellar or at the tip. If your listing does not find a taker, we team up with bike buy-back and refurbishment players to make you a buy-back offer. Of course, the buy-back prices from these buyers are often lower than selling prices between individuals. That is why this service is optional and will only be offered to you if you have not managed to find a private buyer beforehand. It is then up to you to accept or refuse the bike buy-back.

Alltricks Reconditionné (live)

Ease, safety, quality and circularity.

These are the values of Alltricks' brand-new second-life service. Alltricks sends you, free of charge, what you need to ship your bike, and comes to collect it from your home at a time that suits you. You are paid either by bank transfer or by voucher, valid across the whole Alltricks site. Your bike is then refurbished by a team of professionals before setting off for a second, third or umpteenth life!

Our secure payment partners

To secure your purchase of a second-hand bike, we suggest you use secure payment solutions. These solutions hold the amount of your purchase in a third-party account while you receive the product (bike or other) and check that it matches the description. It is currently the best protection for buyers on peer-to-peer marketplaces.

Mangopay (coming soon)

Soon, we will let you pay online directly on the Troc Vélo site with the secure payment partner MangoPay, a market reference. More information soon ;)
