Women's WorldTour Bikes in 2026: Kopecky, Vollering, Vos and the Others
Women's cycling has seen an explosion in popularity over the past five years. The women's WorldTour teams now ride the same equipment as the men's teams — same frames, same groupsets, same wheels. Here is a round-up of the bikes of the world's best women's teams in 2026, and how to find them second-hand on Troc Vélo.
SD Worx-Protime, Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL8
The world's best women's team rides the Specialized S-Works Tarmac SL8. Lotte Kopecky, Lorena Wiebes, Mischa Bredewold and their teammates share this FACT 12r frame, which combines lightness, stiffness and aerodynamics. It was on this bike that Kopecky took her third Tour of Flanders in 2025 and Milan-San Remo 2026.
The retail version of the Tarmac SL8 is starting to appear on the second-hand market. In the meantime, the S-Works Tarmac SL6 and the Specialized Tarmac are the best affordable alternatives on Troc Vélo.
FDJ United-Suez, Specialized
Since Demi Vollering arrived in 2025, FDJ United-Suez has adopted Specialized as its equipment supplier. Vollering — two-time winner of the Tour de France Femmes (2023, 2024) — rides the same Specialized Tarmac SL8 as her SD Worx rivals. A rare convergence in the WorldTour, where the two best riders in the world right now share the same machine.
Lidl-Trek, Trek Madone and Trek Émonda
The Lidl-Trek team fields classics specialists and climbers on Trek. Elisa Longo Borghini, one of the best riders in the world, rides the Trek Madone for flat stages and the classics, and the Trek Émonda for mountain stages. Shirin van Anrooij, the promising Dutch rider, uses the same machines.
For cyclists who want to ride the same bike as Longo Borghini, the Trek Madone is a very serious racing option, available second-hand on Troc Vélo.
Team Visma-Lease a Bike, Cervélo
The team of Marianne Vos and Pauline Ferrand-Prévot rides Cervélo. The Dutch legend Vos, still competitive at 37, uses the Cervélo R5 and the Cervélo S5 depending on the course. Ferrand-Prévot, who joined Visma in 2026, adds an MTB XC and gravel dimension to the team with the Cervélo Aspero.
Bahrain Victorious, Bianchi
The Bahrain Victorious Women team puts its riders on Bianchi, the Italian brand with the iconic celeste. The Bianchi Specialissima is the climbers' mount, the Oltre and the Oltre XR4 for flat races. Incomparable aesthetics for top-level performance.
Why women's WorldTour bikes are available second-hand
Unlike in men's cycling, women's WorldTour riders often have tighter team budgets. Some sell their equipment at the end of the season on platforms like Troc Vélo — sometimes at very aggressive prices. A Trek Madone or a Cervélo R5 coming from a women's pro team can be an exceptional bargain.
On the MTB side, the Specialized Epic is the ride of the world's best women's XC riders; Pauline Ferrand-Prévot built her dominance on this bike. And for cyclocross, the Specialized Crux is the machine of the discipline's world champions.
For cyclists in Belgium looking for a quality women's racing bike, the cities of Brussels, Liège, Namur and Wavre regularly offer great opportunities on Troc Vélo.
